You don't need 2 Brews since you have Beermaiden. Running 1 brubaker without the other is kinda weird. You don't have nearly enough ranged champs, look into acquiring Scarlet Wing, Dwarven Sharpshooter, Dwarven Magisters, etc. Ironfist Minister is a cheaper legendary you can acquire. Half Skeezick is suggested because of how good Warcry is Treasure Hunter is a really good/really cheap unit. Might want to get 1 or 2 and add him to your BG. Talgar is also a good unit, but not needed. Try to acquire Hammerheart Platemail, great x1 equip for dwarfs. Demo Team and Ironfist Brawlers are really bad.
This is what I am running for dwarves but I havnt optimized it in a while. If you wanted to run pure dwarves I would likely pull Bastion and Priestess for either 2x Treasure Hunters or Treasure Hunter and a second Brewbabe. Hammerheart is also a great equip that can sub for HBoV.
This is what I run as pure Dwarves. Maybe not the most efficient BG, but is easy to play. Lots of control, powerturns, some nice setups, and has answers to most things. .
