Just a working title. FW Relic: Gain Charge (CD1) -- This unit gains a charge. Thumb Screws -- At the end of your turns, for each charge this unit has, champions lose 1 HP and players lose 2 nora. When either player controls no champions, destroy this unit.
Honestly it sounds fun as hell... for the person running it. This just seems like an incredibly toxic rune for anyone playing against it that I can't say I'd like to see it made. Perhaps if you made it death charged instead, so it's less easy to control for the player who runs it and the opponent gets a little counterplay.
