    And most superchamp BGs split with ST for shield, so ED and spell based doom do nothing. Soulreave is useful, but reaper blade is the star there... That being said, in this situation the other guy would bury his AoC really deep, and FW does not have the mobility options of IS... I'm this sense, FW players would most likely have to deal with it by capitalizing the tempo hit and remove the champ blockade by killing them all or engaging with a tank and moving the rest by the side...

    Combo attack devastate -> watch how hard i cheese you. (Not even a cool down, every turn)

    Bastion/Geomancer, etc. got nerfed because they were OP. It's pretty clear that the AOC deck (the champ itself is considered bad) is not considered OP.

    Now, this doesn't mean there's no reason to change it (personally, I think the lack of engagement of AOC on the tactical level in many cases is not the kind of design I want), but you aren't comparing the right things here, I think.
