So i'm sure there are a handful of spells that give conditions which are not yet dispellable. This thread is where you post such spells. Fan Faire gives a condition but is not dispellable. Foul Rite gives a condition but is not dispellable.
What about Incorporeal? I remember once casting purge on it and didnt went off. BTW.. I'm not sure if its a positive or a negative condition.
If it's from Ghost, Ghost is un-dispel-able. If it was from Phase Shift, it should've been dispelled. I know they changed it a few patches ago so that dispel works on incorporeal.
