so I see this game is green lit on steam. but they claim it will always be totally free to play. how does steam make money by hosting it then?
i love wesnoth, still have it installed but never play it. i played lots years ago it was my main go to game. i liked various factions, aragwaith? were cool though squishy. i played the simple isars cross and the survival maps most, the one in the castle - orocia? the survival map in the cave.. the survival map where you walk forwards and keep up with the two white mages? another survival on a biggish map where you have only one main guy and use the shop to level up, that was defensive. i also liked a new land the building game. the more rpg adventures were fun too. i was never that good often blaming luck and letting my teamates down lol. this and triplea are the main opensource games i played.
Played it for a good while, love it. I always put it on a shelf after a while and come back later to be greeted by all the new things implemented in it.
