    This rune need to be nerf Nora hex + spell charge 3 + DMZ = easy win & the only counter is AOD and it's in FW

    Librarian is fine in 1v1. If you have issues with it in 2v2 then learn to accept that it is an unbalanced gamemode.

    A little tip. Nora Hex stops working if you transfigure.

    Is that still true, does Transfigure stop Nora Hex?

    In my experience, yes, Trans does stop Nora Hex.
