Buffers don't respect damage-reducing effects and DEF.

1. Deploy Fae Dreamer.
2. Deploy any other fairy, preferably a Corgi Knight.
3. Deploy Nectar Fairy.
4. Keep your Corgi Knight within the distance of Nectar Fairy's shroud.
5. Attack the Corgi with something ranged that can pierce the buffer but will not outdamage his DEF.
6. The buffer will ignore the benefits of evasive and break. The leftover damage will be mitigated by DEF if it's lower than DEF. It also ignores benefits of reflexes, camouflage, resistances and Enduring Aura.

@Sokolov I checked Fae Advocate to see Buffer's description and Buffer doesn't state that it ignores all damage-reducing effects so I believe this to be a bug.

 

Not sure if it's working as described, but i would expect it to work this way.

 

The description of buffer condition and buffer abilities needs to be updated then.

 

Would adding "The buffer effect does not benefit from damage reduction abilities." by the end of Buffer entry be enough?
