TL;DR it doesnt work. Neither on Broodqueens, neither on Dragon Artificer Portals summon skill. Tried it with a Broodqueen summoned before Valdac, one after, one next to him, one far away, one with a skill on cd. Same for the portal and Valdac's own summon. It doesnt work at all.
