Working on translating that purposefully tiny print to something we can read Elite Blade = +10 max hp, +2 dmg. Rangers and Knights get Reflection 3. I see that Cleansing Emerald is now ST/KF. That's huge!
i believe the plan is to make hurr ba durr spot counters less prevalent in general, spot dispel and spot cleanse seem to be "reduced"
Here's the gist of it for plebs without microscope eyes: - Sever Summons changed to AOE 3, range 5 ability for 3 AP and a 3 round cooldown; damage unchanged - Warbanners now cost 25 nora - non-Moga/G'hern Surge: X is now almost entirely melee champ-only - Poison Fang has been renamed Acid Fang and gives Sundered Exploit and Amp: Acid (cost to 20) - Elite Blade has been changed to the following: "Equipped champion has +10 HP and +2 damage. If the equipped champion is Class: Ranger or Knight, it also gains Reflexes 3" - Restless Souls, New Growth, etc. all only trigger once per turn - Cleansing Emerald is now an ST/KF rune, with Fascinating Sapphire being changed to SP/SL - Access to Dispel has been greatly reduced in all Protectorate factions - Healing has been revamped: Heal Champion and Heal Mass 1/2/3 are now 3 AP at all ranks with a cooldown of 1/2/3 at their respective ranks; they now heal for 4/8/12 and 3/6/9 respectively - Sustain and Transfer Life have been consolidated into one ability; it now heals for 12 at both ranks at the cost of 9/6 life per rank for 2 AP at range 5 - Swap and Pounce have been consolidated - Leap and Massive Leap have been consolidated - Numerous bug fixes (too many to list, though it can be safely assumed that all are long overdue and much appreciated)
Why is healing nerfed? At the moment, Heal Champ 3 heals for 6 health per turn. That's the same as Regeneration 3, which doesn't cost AP. I hope at least Regeneration is being nerfed, too.
because healing is a big part of the meta. and you cant equivelate regen to heal champion since healing any champion you want plays a signifciantly larger role than just healing itself.
if its true then i dont see how changing cleansing emerald from kf/sp to kf/st is reducing it... yea ST,, thats what they need..lmao. dat blowz 4sure "(
