Champs with dmg but no basic atk?

From the top of my head I can think of Jangar Arcanist, Elven Prodigy and Totem of the Fallen.

Are there any others?

 

Either Crone Cultist or Ritualist count. I think Stitched Seamstress also cannot attack?
