If the champions loose the pets, the ability to 'create' another relic, piece equipment, clone or summon - (splits will not be changed) and those said abilities were only given by a spell or by equipping the champ with a ability.

say if Ayla the Huntress lost her pet from base and at any time in the match a spell could be cast or equipment placed on her and she could have a pet that that spell or equipment was for - therefore Ayla the Huntress could have Voil Stalker's pet

but now that I think of it this idea will make everything a split or circus builds -

Hmmmm that means that any champ can get a pet or summon at will

i.e. Serkan can get a choice of any pet in the Pox inventory
