damn you @nepyonisdead i was going to put out the factions league tournament after this tournament was over...maybe we could join the two and make a big big tournament with some restrictions like those... my idea was to hold a big tournament where players register for a faction, and then they play a league-like series of matches. so like


STAGE 1.
8 leagues (on for each faction ). a player that registered for a faction, can play best of 3s max once with each other player registered for that faction. In the matches there is the "just once" @Sokolov 's rule, so if you play a rune in first match you can't play it next match. (exception for banner?).

we will then have the kings of the 8 factions.

STAGE 2.
the top 2 players of each faction (king and vice-re) enter an elimination stage (like playoffs). random pairings, wrath vs wrath only, protectorate vs protectorate only.best of 3 matches.

We then obtain the LORD OF WRATH and KING OF PROTECTORATE

STAGE 3 final match between lord of wrath and king of protectorate , best ot 5, to obtain the EMPEROR OF POXNORA

 

you are way better at organising events so you can take over control of this thread I am just suggesting that we keep the clause for players to choose their own rules so that whoever wins this wins by the rules everyone set for themselves
