The intoxicated effect (dwarves and Brutes gain +2 dmg and +5hp. All other champions have damage reduced by 3 and lose all AP at the end each turn) of st. semmir brew is not given when equipped on a brute. I equipped a st. semmir brew on a war-enchanted groble (brute) and it was cleansed and given regeneration 2 but did not get the damage and max hp buff as said in description). Appears to work completely when equipped on a dwarf however.
