you can get it for free buying the avatar. if you already have the avatar, you can ask for one to the devs.
makes me wonder how i have the avavtar and not the banner....i have the sp banner and no avatar wierd....im sure i had them maybe migration ****ed up
This was one of the post -DOG changes when they removed the ability to purchase the sample starters/public decks as runes for yourself. Since Warbanners then became increasing difficult and the only surefire way to get them was to buy the relatively expensive theme decks, they decided to bundle them into the avatars. It would be rather difficult for them to go through each account and manually retroactively credit people the war banner, but yeah.
And you cant buy the avatar if you already have bought it, wish they had kept the craft so you could at least use runes to make banners.....with forge exotic is as high as you can go which is annoying.
