I setup a support ticket to retrieve my old accounts that I never migrated to SOE but haven't heard anything back except for the auto reply. Does it take a while to hear back on this sort of thing? Not complaining, just wondering how long I should be expecting. Thanks!
We have only one technical support engineer to address these types of problems, so it takes some time for tickets to be addressed.
https://poxnora.station.sony.com/ still works, if you haven't finished migrating all your accounts - unless you forgot the email and details of the accounts you were trying to retrieve/migrate (they do send you a consolidated list of usernames still if multiple accounts were attached to 1 email
