I'd try to double up on your non-champs for consistency's sake. Mark of redemption is way too situational for my tastes. ymmv I also think you have too many 80 nora champs. Drop the TTs for siege engines and the WEGs for a second stone dragon or groble piledrivers (since you dont have much equipment). Tossing in a clockwork swarm isn't a horrible idea, but they can be hard to use. Maybe take out 1 Engineer. 5 is probably too many. 17 Champs is also too many (unless running miners, since they are basically a spell)
Thats a pretty good deck, definitely 1 tink and 2 dwarven engi, though. I'd also not run 2 WEGs. And I have one PoV in every deck I run.

The first deck has Nora vitality and council spells on the weg's. The second I use regal presence on the handlers and the damage boost is amazing since all the constructs are also dwarves. I have a lot better success with the second deck but I win more than lose with both.
It's good couple of units but it's not a beginners combo and I usually try to disrupt what the requester posts as much as possible and just polish what they have with a few composition changes.
