Player Ranks Not Updating

    We have received a report that player ranks are not updating. We want to know if your rank is staying the same or if it is going up or down based on your daily win/loss.

    I don't believe rank has changed at all since launch.

    my rank doesnt seem to be changing either....ive heard others say the same.

    Okay, I found out that rank updates just have not been enabled. Our backend programmer is trying to address some issues before he flips the switch.

    My faction points for winning and losing in ranked games have not been going up either, is that a symptom of the broken rank system?

    no rank increase, no wins or loses added, nor have i gotten faction points:(
