So when you say something doesn't work, that doesn't give a lot for the devs to do with. They would have to test the unit in a bunch of scenarios to figure out if the unit is interacting with another unit, or if you missed another ability on the field or something, which isn't worth their time. Saying, "doesn't work" is super vague. What's easier to understand is: "I was using X unit and Y ability didn't seem to work. I attacked Z with X and then _____ didn't happen." If there are other interactions that may have caused the bug, mention them.
