Hello guys! i've been away from Poxnora for 2 years, and i'm returning to this game, and i wish you guys could help with my bg, i'm still a little confused with this revamp... so, i watched some games of FS players and i made this bg: Upgrades: Angel of Nourishment (84) - Regeneration 2 and Enlightned Augur of the Deep (83) - Slam and Oportunistic Bloated Toad (63) - Leap 3 and Lumbering Boghopper Toad (70) - Lethargic and Poison Aura 3 Firk Mind Shredder (66) - Psychic Ping 3 and Swap 1 Firk Savant (80) - Warrior Foe and Teleport 2 Gekaal, High One (85) - Bastion of Will and Leap 3 Kartch, Finlord (91) - Leap 3 and Regeneration 2 Marsh Gargantua (99) - Resistence Magical 3 and Mobility Muck Dragon (58) - Poison Aura 3 and Choking Aura Thx in adv =D
It looks alright, but as i play alot of games pygmy hippo stampede seems to cost me more than it helps thanks to abilities like rebuke or blockade. It looks like a nice cheap bg. Fs angel can be run at regen 1 if needed. But overall looks like a nice bg.
Worst thing here is definitively the support section, and I wold say that 2 bloated toads and 2 muck dragons is too much cheap meat. I would remove 2 of those four to add a darkmarsh instigator and slick and buzz, that will bring you more utility. I think I would also remove a ranged unit for a boghopper shaman. About the support section, I would remove the marsh songs, corrode and the emergency kits, to include second PHS, a tortun land cannon, a flood (it'll work nice with the boghopper toads) and 2x font eruption. If you don't feel comfortable with not running shatter, darkmarsh snatcher is a good option that brings stealth, snatch and good damage output with flanking. Keep in mind that a unit with flanking is likely to be able to solo a champion with help of pygmy hippo stampede, as you can engage the unit with a hippo to get the flanking bonus. Another thing that you may want to consider is a salaman negamage to tech against summons.
