        you take the day old hotchpotch ( onion potato and carrot all boiled and mashed together) and mix in pieces of brie,few spoons of red pesto, and some diced and cooked bacon pieces. in an oven dish, then cover it with some cheese, place in a 200 celcius oven for like 20 mnutes.
