Voil haven't been nerfed recently. In fact, they got a couple buffs last patch.

they lost voil boost, summon voil bats were nerfed, voil queen lost regal presence, and voil proginetor was nerfed. O.o

voil bodyguard was also shoeboxed.(its nora cost went up for some reason)

Voil Progenitor was buffed. Voil Queen lost Regal Presence a long time ago and was recently buffed. Voil Guard's cost did not change recently.

voil progenitor lost summon bat and voil queen and voil guard have been nerfed for no reason. doesnt matter when they occured, voils have been mediocre at best since 2014.

voil boost being removed made no sense and was just weird and voil stalker is still waiting to become costed properly.

Progenitor got a lot cheaper and got Voil Caverns. Summon Bat was half a sandbag anyway on a melee tank champ spending 5 AP on a summon. Now he continues to summon while getting into the fray.

Voil Guard didn't get nerfed recently, so I don't know what you are referring to.

Voil Queen also got buffed recently.

As always, I am open to specific suggestions with good reasoning.

How is tier 1.5 "mediocre"?
