If you haven't played since before the March 2014 ownership change you will need to contact our support to recover your account. Go to PoxNora.com and click on the Help button to create a support ticket.
Based on @newsbuff's response I had a feeling that was the case, but since it wasn't mentioned in the original post it's always better to make sure that a player gets the necessary support.
