Same way you'd deal with champ with Assasinate or a Shadhowshank. Work out how many turns it needs to engage, estimate where it will be each turn, unstealth it and one round/cc it.
Stealth, Blitz, Pounce and KF bonus does seem like a pretty ******** combo though. That's what, 9 moves and +9 DMG with enough AP left to pounce, seems kinda stupid.
The most obvious and efficient counter I can think of would be Poison Trap, but that's way too specific. What normally works for me is the high amount of pseudo detection I run(AoE damage, DoTs, Elemental Burst from Whitestar) which normally allows me to catch my opponent unaware and kill it before he can setup anything.
