Boon removal had nothing to do with Desecration, it's always been all champions:

@Sokolov before the removal of boon all undead had disease immunity, therefore it only damaged enemy champions. Now that boon is gone it not only damages enemies but your own champions as well, making the spell unusuable.(It is an aoe 5 spell, it hits your own champs...) This should have been fixed right when boon was changed.

it needs to only damage enemy units or be changed to aoe 4.
