From how I understand it, you might.

You can choose to buy packs and boxes in the hopes of getting lucky and getting a legendary and hoping that it is a 150k. But if you for sure want to get it, you should get it now.

 

It's u MIGHT get one, legendaries will be rare extra runes, random, so IF u get a legendary it'll be one of probably 100
