It looks like you are from Turkey. We have received complaints from other Turkish players about this same occurrence. Unfortunately from our end there isn't a way we can detect what is actually causing this problem, beyond a file corruption issue. There are several potential causes of this problem. The first one is that the Regional data-center Turkish Internet Service Providers use is not properly clearing out it's cached data, very little can be done about this. Another cause is the Turkish version of the drivers likely the Video Driver has a conflict, not a lot can be done about this except for installing the English version of your drivers and see if that resolves the problem. Third, it could be malware on the computer that is causing this problem. It also looks like you are playing in 4:3 aspect ratio. You may want to try the 16:9 aspect ratio to see if you have the same problem.
