What advantages does an increase in the AI level give? Does the AI have regular nora gen? Does the AI have a rune dock?
A good place to start is by reading the "AI Rules" global effect on the globals bar. I believe that it mentions that AI doesn't use nora to play things. That said I believe that the AI has nora generation normally but doesn't use it for anything (except getting pwned by acid rain).
AI rules looks really vague. It just says may or may not play relics or spells. I'm wondering because it seems to be able to deploy a ridiculous amount of runes even if it is constantly losing units or having it's rune docked messed with.
