I do the same, always Regen 2 unless its got Regen 3 on base. I run Regen 2 and BM 3 on my Blackscales. I love the stat stacking phalanx style of Draksar though putting BM, Defender, Sermon, Draconic Force, Weaken Spells, Mutate, Multi attack, Enrage and Combat Awareness on your junk is fun.
