Blink and Epochal Sage's Time Bend create 2x2 blink surfaces despite using them on small units.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Deploy Epochal Sage.
2. Blink her.
3. She'll create a 2x2 surface around her. I've also received reports that relics no longer get damaged by blink.
4. Once she's back, Time Bend her.
5. She'll create a 2x2 surface again. This happens regardless of whether you blink her or not. Stepping on the tile she stood on can leave her permanently stuck in time bend form. Relics also don't get damaged.
