As the title says, my Artillery Marker triggered when my opponent attempted to Swap his champion away from danger, even though Artillery Marker should trigger only on movements and not on relocations (according to description).
The description only says that movement caused by knockback doesn't trigger it. It says nothing about not triggering on relocation.
the description says movement trigger it, not relocation. I didn't tried but I guess it won't trigger on teleport, so shouldn't trigger on swap as well.
WAI means Working As Intended. "Moving into range" includes any example of a champion changing from not occupying a square in range to occupying that square. This includes normal movement, automatic movement (wandering, fascinate, repulsion, etc.), relocation, knockback, and being deployed there. Knockback is a specific exception for Artillery Marker, so it's not WAI when it triggers on knockback (unless they change the description), but it is WAI when it triggers on relocation.
I just witnessed another fun interaction with this "totally WAI guys" relic. Wandering acts as two discrete steps and triggers the stunned/damage/knockback effect twice.
