bug or not? Elusive and precision

So I don't know if this is a bug or not but my draksar forerunner with elusive got successfully attacked by a crossbone with precision.

Precision says it counters reflexes and evasive, it doesn't mention anything about elusive, so either a text update is needed or something bugged, because elusive says all ranged attacks will miss unless the unit is stunned or paralyzed

 

precision > elusive

even a blinded precision champ will still hit any other target

 

so even blinded but precision will hit?
