Not much to say. This guy disconected the match Against me... Timer counted until he was to "loose" but when it reached zero. Game just froze, nothing happened. When i restarted the client, timer was back up as if he was playing again. And when his Turn timer got to Zero this is what i'm seeing for about 10 Minutes. So now what? It's a ranked and i tried Restarting the client. Only option seem to be Disconect or Quit. And no one likes to loose 20 rank points for a bug.
