So this spell is great for power turns on any ranged champion. The Nora cost is decent and Skirmisher was given to it so that shrines weren't nuked from afar. Here is the spell's lore "Your fears are unfounded, M'alta. My students do not miss their targets. I would put my life on it." - L'ilim, Elvish Archer Can the spell be amended to the following? "For 1 turn each ranged friendly champion gains Skirmisher ( This unit can only attack champions and transfigured Avatars) does 50% more damage on it's next basic attack. If the ranged unit is an Archer it also gains Precision for 1 turn." @Sokolov
I think that it's a good idea, considering I actually don't use it very often when I do run it. The fact that it only works on ranged units, which doesn't include someone with range 1-20000, makes it really situational. So this would give it a second use, for the precision.
I think we have to be careful, I think Bullseye is sleeper OP and has been for a long time. While this would be cool, I don't think this spell needs a buff.
