With the way the meta is, 50% on 0 ap is pretty insane. Maybe instead change it to deal LoL equal to target's speed if they have 0 ap, and only affect demon elves?
It is also very good with Imps. Fortunately, hitting Resurrection should solve everything, as Mischief is already a balanced ability.

Can we simultaneously say that high nora cost champions are difficult to run because they are inefficient, and then turn around at the same time and say we can't give them negative abilities for nora discounts? I mean, would you run this without Weighty, and as a 1x1 at almost 90 nora? In either case, Weighty is probably giving a few nora too much in discount in general, and I do agree it's less of an issue on a ranged unit. But at the same time it's sort of expected that units that are pushing 90 nora (normally) need some cost reductions to be played. In this case it comes with a drawback instead of purely an arbitrary modifier.
Giving a champion "Weighty" and then giving super high range kinda removes the whole weighty drawback.
Yes, because ranged units never need to move more than 3 spaces a turn. Keep in mind you said "the whole... drawback."
