Connection Lost or Unavailable: We Need More DATA

I am having a similar issue but I can get to the play now screen and after I click it the login screen pops up for a second then disappears Ive uninstalled and deleted folders etc still having issues please help

 

I have fixed the problem it was my Graphics card drivers they were messed up so i had to reinstall them to make the game work, Thanks

 

I'm on a windows 8 computer and ran into this problem myself, however in the file that the game was installed, I noticed there were two distinctions:
An executable jar file (which I had been using to start up the game previously)
And a Poxnora application

Now I don't know if using the jar file was what caused the problem for me to begin with, but the thing with windows 8 is that for a lot of programs if you can't run as administrator, games tend to mess up. By running the application as administrator instead of using the jar file, it fixed my error.

 

Running Windows 8.1. This fixed my problem: Unintall Poxnora. Delete Poxnora folders. Reinstall.

After clicking the resume button million times finally update completed

 

I dont know if this problem is related at all, today i ran poxnora non steam client, then clicked to launch game from patcher.. i got to the login screen but i could not type into either the login or password box. the cursor was there blinking in the box just cant type. this has never happened to me before.

i pressed login button it gave me an error, ie credentials wrong.. so the buttons worked. i tried typing into a notepad file it worked.

i have windows 7 sp1, not fully patched for last half year, due to windows spying.

i have the latest kaspersky internet security that i guess could have caused this but doesnt usually.

to fix the problem i uninstalled poxnora and re downloaded and re installed, i was able to type in th elogin and password boxes then.

i did malware scans, chkdsk and defrag.. nothing found.

 

it was resolved yesterday, problem came back today... idk if its a system problem or poxnora client problem?

 

i looked into this the problem seems to be an interaction with kaspersky.

windows 7 sp1 - not fully patched.

firefox 47.0.1 with kaspersky protection add-on installed.

if kaspersky is running, it puts the latest version of poxnora (patch up to date)
into low restricted rather than trusted, which restricts the application.

with a firefox window open the kaspersky protection add-on is running but shows in icon it is not enabled (i dont want it enabled).

in kaspersky internet security i have anti-spam, anti-banner and private browsing turned off (my attempt at trying to stop the kaspersky add-on working),
i try disabling kaspersky protection addon in firefox but it alwasys comes back although not set to working.

i use (always have enabled) noscript security suite, adblock plus, ghostery - for firefox and they are all enabled / working.
i use ghostery rather than kaspersky protection which does the same thing because after a few firefox auto updates...
it usually says the kaspersky protection add on is incompatible with this version of firefox and refuses to enable it at all.

i do not think this problem is consistent though, i think it is intermittent as yesterday after i reinstalled there were no problems for remainder of day...
kaspersky was on, poxnora was in low restricted and no exclusions set. kaspersky protection addon in firefox was running although not enabled, the other addons i have were all running as usual, at times i was on the poxnora.com and forum sites, logged in. and i was able to type into the login box in non steam poxnora client.
