While playing against an opponent who had a Croma Visionary in play, I deployed a champ with Seism. My champ destroyed one of his relics, but one of my relics was also destroyed. The opposing Croma Visionary had Illusion of Lies, so my guess is that Seism proced from the illusion version of my rune being deployed. The other option is that Croma Visionary's signature ability proced Seism despite her already being deployed, but it doesn't seem to work that way with other on-deploy abilities so that seems less likely. Happened on more than one map. I was using Moga Inferno with Seism upgraded (and I think it also happened w Whirling Quarry w Seism upgraded).
