Not really a bug, it seems you guys tried to stealth change it but only the text got changed, it still has Strike.
Well it was an assuumption since the description was in accordance with the abilities it gave, and now the description was changed but the mechanics weren't, while I saw nothing in any recent patch notes regarding this equipment.
