I was looking at goblins and it looks like you could put together a fun bg around them but they need a big boss/leader guy. I have some ideas, but I want to see what others come up with. Both of these should be Exotics, both should be for UD and meant to go in a bg with the other goblins and try to keep the new abilities to a minimum. Base your rune around either one of these 2 guys: Or this guy: Rules for Master Blaster: 1. Melee 2. Must have a rider. You could do goblin brute, goblin brute/scorched dwarf or split with fw and go with executioner or berzerker. Keep it thematic. Rules for Jareth, the Goblin King: 1. Ranged 2.
