What are the legendary runes that are reskins? Is there one from each faction?

What was the philosophical basis for picking the spells and equips that were selected for nerfing?

 

+1 for now having a holiday Dirge and a holiday Moga Lord's Guard

 

We really need a + or - indicator for champ costs too, or maybe I just don't get it?
Like Deep Elf Priestess is listed as having a base cost change, is that just because her default upgrade changed?
Some champs without uprade path changes I dont know if they got an increase or decrease just from reading the notes, very annoying

Ok, started reading the Patch Notes but the typos are EVERYWHERE, @Senshu at least proofread the main post man..

So like, Afflicted Corpse got ninja nerf'd AGAIN. Dude's been getting +2 nora cost per patch for like 5 patches now. Wondering if this was intentional. Thanks for the great patch though

 

OH MY FREAKING GOD I THOUGHT IT WAS A BUG

 

Uhh, after the patch all runes in my manager have to button to add them to my bg - even if they are already in the bg.

Anyone else experiencing this?
