So went ahead and tested them for a bit, with the help of a few mates, turns out Foul Rites more than makes up for vaporize and the mass heals with Revel combo damn nicely.
I'm amazed that over 8 years pox has an average of 2,944 pvp games per day. I wonder what it is today.

Ok guys we get it. There are a lot of things that need to get looked at. No need to whine about what didn't get fixed this patch because it will get fixed eventually. Be happy that we don't have to wait forever on some changes and are at least getting small weekly patches instead of the opposite(No changes weekly and huge patches either biweekly or monthly). Some people are just never pleased...smh. Nice changes BTW. Looking forward for the next ones.
I like what they are doing with trees. Small nerfs here and there and test to see how much of a difference it makes. So much better than over-nerf and you guys complaining that Trees are shoeboxed. Have you guys ever thought that Trees are balanced and everything else is not?
Not sure if I saw this one answered, but for Blink: Blink: Added a HP loss to this spell. Target champion is removed from play. At the end of 2 turns, the champion is returned to play in the location where it was removed from play. If that location is occupied, that unit loses 5 hp and the redeployment effect is delayed for 1 turn (this process repeats until the unit is successfully redeployed). I imagine the HP loss is to the unit occupying the space, not the unit that was blinked. This was most likely put into effect to keep players from sitting on this location to keep the blinked unit from returning. This was the biggest complaint of this spell for a long time.
