Looks like some buffs for FW legendaries. That should make some people happy.

Tome of Faded Souls (Sundered Lands/Underdepths)

• Description: Equipped champion gains Soultap and a rank of Soulsift. If the equipped champion is a Stitched, it also gains Deconstruct.

 

First thing noticed is the change of Warcry: 3 spaces and works only for a shared race.
Long story short nerf for Sceian outside Voil (who runs Voil I don't know) nothing changed for the DK.

weird choice: everybody complain about the dwarven king, and the Sp Hero get gutted.

 

I was kind of expecting a change on heroes too. Murder Bow will see much more use now, specially in splits.

Could have kept the nora discount on Ash. Why take it?

Also, the change in KF bonus, when will it see the light of day?

Witches just got nerfed hard with the curse change.

... Those pesky witches running the meta, right?

Boghopper Shaman got gutted, probably gonna be dropped. Stupid change.

Unrunnable FS stuff didn't really get more runnable. Perhaps Blackhand. Probably not. Still looks like crap.

The equipment changes look slightly good. Slightly.

Not very thrilled with the FS changes honestly.

Dark Enchantress and Follower couldn't get worse, so they probably got better. DE might be usable now.

Wretched Witch got buffed hard ... Very hard. Gotta get two.

Inkblight ... Range 1-2 is valuable, I don't think I like the change a lot.

Soul Reaver helps Witches considerably.

Bracelet of Mirrors doesn't, shielded is NOT what they need. Deflect, nice, but shielded is really the wrong ability to buff a witch, I think ...

also what happened to changes to paragon and lurker?

 

Boghopper Shaman will get a much lower nora cost from these changes, seems like a pretty decent change.

Loved the changes to IS and UD most of them were very much needed! I hope to see some more diversity now!

Too bad skeezick didnt receive any costing rework... =/

 

Not a fan of the Murder Change...really liked having Precision on there. I'd much rather have seen Attack Charged go away as it pretty much only helps UD.

Overall though I like the changes.

 

Let's not start talking about what's "gutted" before we even have a chance to see the full champ or try it in a BG. There's a lot of green text there and I imagine it's going to tale a while to sort through it all.

With boghopper shaman we have the full champ for all I know, and it looks stupid. DF 3 was what it was run for.

 

As a mostly UD split player, the racial Nerf to Nefari Resurrection seems ok, as it was a bit too good with Ireguards.

Res Phys max 2 on Guardian also seems a better balanced rune.

It's nice to see the crazy stuff toned down a little. As long as it's across all factions.

 

Was Tempest Crown changed because it was OP or because it was not seeing play?

Personally i liked it the way it was.
Im sure most will find this new iteration more useful.
I enjoyed the Life Siphon and the Magnetism. My Mosharn use to be quite entertaining and Crypt Keeper was fun to pair aswell.

No, you don't have the full champ. You don't have the nora cost. For all you know, it could cost 50 nora now. Until the server is up and the rune checklist is available, we can't see all the information.
