Overall it looks great, but..

This is a little confusing. Does this mean that we get less gold from dailies and ranked games? If so, mind explaining why?

reducing gold is going to make it harder for people who cant afford to spend tons of money to get stuff not sure why its being done

 

Yes they have, but the gold accrual rate wasn't anything spectacular to begin with. I'm not argueing against it, just wondering why they made that change.

I see, well it makes more sense that prices would be lower for cash purchases don't you think ? This is a business after all. But yeah if the gold price hasn't dropped too I don't see why they needed to reduce gold accrual rate.

ya i like the reduced cash stuff ill start spending money again instead of grinding gold in single player or ranked games to get boxes

• Core Set packs are now only available for gold
• Core Set boxes are ~30% cheaper

So at least Core Set boxes are cheaper for gold. It doesn't specify for the others, so I guess we don't know yet?

It would be good to know how much the gold rewards were reduced exactly though.

Pricing looks better now, so I might buy a box to show support for it. But overall I am still more concerned about making the game accessible to beginners (in other words, ensure its long-term survival), so I am really looking forward to the post which Gedden announced, regarding future plans.

 

Can anyone confirm gold prices are the same and only cash is reduced?
