i keep gettin an error when trying to log onto the website
says error authenication could not be completed

Are you all starting from SOE's page?

Can you say the steps for when and where you are getting the error?

wanted to make an awesome post (the link that you may have clicked) and encountered the same thing.

I guess I will have to update it again now though.

Edith III. claims to have found a typo already. Tutorial 1 turn 6 it says "Somtimes" missing an e.

can you help me i got the Email but when i have the link it tell "Your account could not be confirmed. The most likely reason is that the confirmation link you clicked has expired. If you feel this is in error, please contact technical support."
but all my friend they did same as me and work for them

 

What happens when you go here?

 

Make sure you transferred your account rights by logging into the SOE site first if you haven't yet(you'll get a "key" you can put in in relation to your email-based DOG account and there's a link to transfer the key directly as well which will prompt you to put in your email and a new password). I personally had no problems, other than not yet receiving the confirmation email (haven't checked in the last few minutes, and was able to log in just fine anyway, so far as I can tell, I'm not missing any limbs- er, runes).

 

Error Messages:

• The key specified is invalid or has already been used.

 

Then have you tried logging into PoxNora using your PoxNora IGN?

and why I cant log in?
maybe because of the first message?

When you log onto the PoxNora Website from Desert Owl, you should be using your PoxNora Username, not your Station Account Username
