I have to assume the "not useable in Ranked" is a bug.
Because that would be astoundingly stupid to say "Here's a gift! You can't use it, FU."

Also, I too have always considered a complete collection to be 2x Runes. These one-offs are gonna drive me madder than a hatter.

if these runes are untrade-able and unforge-able why not make the code able to be used twice

Just because a few of you are OCD about this doesn't mean x1 of a rune isn't a viable standard for a complete collection
