Because Gedden in his ruination patch removed the basic attack and didn't want it to be equipped by HBOV.

Not gonna lie, Transmission Relay is nuts, its a remnant of pre revamp though as they havent gotten round to fixing all the overpowered spells/relics/equips yet.

 

I also coulda sworn I played a pale brewed dmc at one point too

 

You played a blb dmc. Before Geddenfail it was a commonly-used tactic to BLB carouse for the 1 AP double shrine tap. I could do 76dmg to a shrine one turn after deploy with sarge, minister and 105 nora (maca, moif, moif, drum, drive, banner, battledrum, siege, invig1, carouse) on either Kith map.

 

Look at the size of the barrel. The thing is shooting mortar rounds, why aint it one shotting things.

With train strike. My fave was 1 rounding Vinny.
