Yeah, can pretty much /end thread with him. Dude was absolutely amazing. Anyone that could beat Ryvirath, Devilsrath, and Tiny reguarly definitely needs to be atop the list... He went on to be #1 in Hearthstone and has since moved on from there (although I'm not sure what he's playing these days).
I don't think there has been a real god-tier UD player. There have been people who are great at their best, but didn't necessarily keep that form for a long time, which I think is the criteria. I'd still vote lepakko for number 1 though.
Other then running the best bg, nepy is none of those :/ but ya, that does sound like an annoying person
