I still think that alot of things are the way they are because its BETA and once the official release occurs some of these things will be altered. PvP lvl cap Dungeon Clear Ranks Leveling Etc I think its all just to push ppl through the game with different characters to get a greater sample size and change for bug exposure. Also, Motioninjoy has worked great for me. Download it Install it Plug up your Ps3 controller Go to Motioninjoy device manager Load driver for the recognized USB (should only be one, your controller) Go to Custom (profile) and map your buttons Simple and easy and its worked great for me. Dont forget to SAVE your custom profile so it works ingame.
Ahh, so fun. Making an elementalist for nostalgia's sake but I burn out on non-'strat' games pretty fast. Level 13 so far. When is it supposed to get grindy?
I think there is alot of lax right now because of Beta and Bug concerns, also rewarding people for waiting with accelerated easy play. Im only 21 but i think it gets grindy around 40. Thats how i remember it before
Yeah I meant grinding levels mostly. How long did it take you to get to level 21? And pvp is currently at lvl 35?
I haven't gotten that far to give a great assessment. Still spam skills and time attacks to combo into long chains. So if thats what you mean. Yes, very much this. Alot actually is different though. From layout, to skill assignment, the skills themselves, Quests, areas, npc's, etc... Its worth the look if you're curious and have the time. Enjoying it so far
Hrm, I am pretty terrible at that sort of timing game (hence why I don't play Street Fighter as much as I'd like to, I am just so bad at it even tho I appreciate what is happening).
Are there any good general guides? Some questions I have: What do I do with the items I find? Sell/grind? And does it matter if I use a low level or high level grinder? And I am running an Elementalist and she runs out of mana pretty fast on harder levels, and it looks like it's just going to get worse as I get higher level. What do I do about that? Nice to hear that, I have been playing with zero skill upgrade character before job advancement... btw, may I know when is the Fatigue reset?
'Kay, I'm lvl 15 and it's been a walk in the park. When does pve starts being challenging? Nvm, I'm gonna play this game exclusively to get wasted in pvp. Also, maybe it's just my opinion, but mmorpg elements detract from my enjoyment of the game. The brawling is fun, sitting hours in menues is not.
