3 extra movement spaces isn't a burst in your opinion ? Not sure where your getting 2 speed, it grants 3 ap, if anything it'd be 3 speed ? Forget all this for a second Do you believe that bazaar is too strong, or is it fine as is. A cut and dry answer would be nice.
It's something, but it's not really burst-y. That it can provide a spot 3 AP factors little into how I see the rune right now. Shrine Exertion costs 1 AP and grants 3 AP with a CD of 1; that comes out to a net of 2 AP a turn, which is 2 SPD. I don't give answers to questions like this unless Sok asks about it and explains what he's thinking. I'll talk about whether or not I think a rune is good -- Bazaar is -- but I won't stand on either side of a design/balance argument.
You should have been a politician with the way you dance around questions. Also, do you think maybe your opinion might be slightly biased in this case involving your faction ? Would you think this rune was balanced in any other of the 7 factions ?
