Champions are not laking dmg from staic shock when they lose AP from Fractured lands on fault marker.
In a similar vein Voil Stormspear's Enervating Touch activations don't trigger Static Shock and Terminus although the description states it's ap loss. Recreated in skirmishes. @Sokolov
