Is there any way to take advantage of the fear mechanic other than psychological warfare? Is there any way to make a bg centered around horrific aura/fear rather than just dread stacking?
Fear bg's seem to play into the dread bg's naturally. Psychological warfare is a sweet 2 damage buff however the strongest aspect of fear is the situational protection for damage and attacks. I have done a dread/chop'n'block combo for some extra umph that was mildly competitive. Maybe if something could spot increase the duration of fear or if a defiling abilities become more common, frighting bg's could see a rise in competitive game play.
